3. Subscriptions, Payment, and Renewals

Certain features of the Service are available only through a paid subscription. Billing: By signing up for a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. We will bill you in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account settings or by contacting our support team at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will only take effect at the start of your next renewal period. Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy, which will be made available on our website. Third-Party Payment Processor: We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. The processing of payments will be subject to Stripe's own terms of service and privacy policy, which you should review. We are not responsible for the performance of Stripe. Any contract of sale for our services is made directly between you and Ezcert Limited. 4. Intellectual Property and User Content

Our Content is the property of Ezcert Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We do not claim ownership of your User Content. However, by posting User Content on the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with providing and promoting the Service.
